Ross House/ steeplemount house, enfield

ASAI Construction's latest project, where we worked closely with Dominus Group, as a main contractor. Ross House is a beautiful conversion of a 3-storey commercial building to a 5-storey building consisting of 27-flats with 2 additional new roof space of 18 flats. Totalling of 45 new flats in total with a bin and bike storage, car park with EV charges and more.

We also worked closely with our partner company, Kitchen and Bathroom Suppliers, with the luxury and high quality kitchen appliances from Bosch and other renowned brands.
